Installation Terms and Conditions:
Agreement to Terms: By initiating the installation of any software, you agree to adhere to these Installation Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, refrain from proceeding with the installation.
Scope of Work:
All installations are conducted remotely using Anydesk and TeamViewer.
The installation process encompasses the configuration and setup of software specified by CodeKrew.
Customer Responsibilities:
Ensure a robust and stable internet connection is maintained during the installation process.
Provide access to the required remote access tools (Anydesk and TeamViewer).
Ensure the VCI (Vehicle Communication Interface) is connected and prepared for configuration.
Adjust or disable firewall settings to prevent interruptions during the installation.
Scheduling and Delays:
The installation may require between 24 to 72 business hours, depending on the system's complexity and compatibility.
CodeKrew is not liable for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues or compatibility challenges.
